These frauds are fast becoming the most common consumer complaint in many states, suggesting that these scams are on the rise. So why if they are so common do people continue to fall for them?

Thousands of people get scammed out of millions of dollars by these frauds each each with statistics showing no signs of stopping. If you are trying to sell a timeshare these is no doubt that you are aware of these scams, and yet you are still at a huge risk of just becoming another one of these statistics.
