Sell Timeshare – How to Get Rid of Timeshare Property

A great week of enjoyment with the family and friends and a whole lot of sightseeing, this is what you thought when you had first purchased your timeshare. But now your kids have grown up and their schedules are not matching with your schedules and the maintenance fees of the timeshare is burdening you a lot. So now is the time to sell your timeshare.

Here are some points from which you can judge the price of your timeshare in a better way.

  1. Type of Apartment:

The price of your timeshare mostly depends on the type of apartment you have. Sales are difficult to achieve when you have a studio or a smaller apartment. A timeshare being a part of a chain will be able to achieve a higher sale rate. So the type of apartment affects a lot.

  1. Time of Timeshare:

The season, time or week of the timeshare also decides the value of your timeshare. A timeshare in an on season would sell at a higher price than a timeshare of the same room in the off season. A timeshare in on season sells at about 35%-55% of its original value.

  1. Flexible of Fixed weeks:

Timeshare prices increase if the week you have is flexible or not. A fixed week would go for a lower price than a flexible week as the buyer would have an advantage of shifting the time to his/her schedule.

  1. Scenic view of your apartment:

Scenic view of your apartment makes the value of your timeshare go higher. A nice scenic view of the pond and mountains along with the sunrise would probably make you stand ahead of all the timeshares and here is the opportunity to cash your money.

All these things decide what will be the value of your apartment. So whenever posting an ad do mention these things in your ad, as it will attract most of the customers and increase the price of your timeshare.
