Sell My Timeshare – No Upfront Fees!
A fixed week, an exotic location, a natural environment and beautiful memories, this is what you had thought when you had bought your timeshare. But now your lifestyle has changed, kids have either grown up or don’t find the place any more interesting. Then this is the time when you need to sell or exchange your timeshare. This article here describes the basic precautions that you should take when selling your timeshare.
Things to be kept in mind:
Timeshare selling is a bit difficult and sometimes lossy if you do not know the tricks of the trade. So explained below are the few tips which you should keep in mind if you want to sell your time share.
Up-Front Payments:
Up-Front payments or in other words appraisal fee, market analysis fee, advertisement fee or any type of other fee just remember one thing DO NOT PAY ANY UP-FRONT FEE. Most of the cases of such payments have been reported to be scams and once you pay them you won’t even notice where they have gone.
You may find it extremely catchy that yes we have a hundred buyers in the line that are interested also and you only have to pay a refundable fee of $400 and you’ll be seeing the person in the next 10 minutes.
But here is the advise, don’t get caught. It’s an absolute drama. There are no customers in line, and once you pay the money it’s gone. All the money back guarantees are a fake. Just ignore them and do not pay any heed onto them.
Well a little amount like $10-$20 would be fine. As it can be for the ad posting on a website and you may have to pay for a membership fee if you want to post free ads. Such an amount of money means you are safe but more than this amount I’d say it’s all fraud.
Play Safe:
So in order to sell your timeshare it is to be kept in mind that there are no up-front payments. So do not fall into a trap and lose your money.
